Total 51 patients of Delta Plus variant in the country
So far, a total of 51 patients infected with the Delta Plus variant have been identified across the country. The maximum number of cases have been found in Maharashtra. Delta plus infections have been found in 22 people here. After this, delta plus variants have been found in 9 patients in Tamil Nadu, 7 in Madhya Pradesh, 3 in Kerala, two patients each in Punjab and Gujarat, while Delta plus variants have been found in 1-1 patients in Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Rajasthan, Jammu Kashmir, Haryana and Karnataka Plus symptoms have appeared. 2 people have died in Madhya Pradesh and 1 each in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
