The “After We Fell Trailer” Is Here and It Seems Like Hessa Is Falling Apart

Moviegoers still have a few more months before After We Fell officially hits theaters, but the release of a brand new trailer and a few posters may make the waiting a bit easier.

Confirmed for a September 30 release in the United States, After We Fell continues the steamy tale of romance and drama between Tessa (Josephine Langford) and Hardin (Hero Fiennes Tiffin). Previously releasing a teaser trailer for the film in February, this newest glimpse at the film contains lots of making out, some tense conversations, and continuing references to the book the film is based on.

Judging by this sneak peek, it looks as though Tessa and Hardin will encounter their share of rocky romantic moments. The trailer opens with Tessa weighing her options regarding a move to Seattle and whether Hardin will follow. Unfortunately, it appears that Hardin has his own post-grad plans and the ensuing moments between the pair look to be filled with some serious decisions and even tears.

A series of accompanying posters, released alongside the trailer, play up the sparks that always seem to fly between these two. “Just as Tessa makes the biggest decision of her life, everything changes. Revelations about her family, and then Hardin’s, throw everything they knew before in doubt and makes their hard-won future together more difficult to claim,” a description of the film reads.

As the preview plays out, words flash between scenes, hinting at what’s to come. “Love will be tested. Loyalty will be questioned. Life will never be the same.” It definitely sounds like a lot is about to go down.

After We Fell comes with a new director for the franchise. Castille Landon is taking over and has already been confirmed as the director for the film’s fourth chapter, After Ever Happy. Yep, you can already take heart knowing that even after the third movie ends, Hessa will return.
