Watch Addison Rae & Kourtney Kardashian in “He’s All That” Trailer

Following a 15-second teaser released earlier this summer, the She’s All That remake He’s All That, starring Addison Rae as Padgett Sawyer and Tanner Buchanan as Cameron Kweller, has gotten its first official trailer.

Ahead of its premiere on August 27, Netflix unveiled the trailer for He’s All That on August 4 – and there’s lots to unpack. The trailer features anything from cheating scandals and nasty breakups over Instagram lives to a cameo from Addison’s IRL BFF Kourtney Kardashian.

Mirroring the plot from the original, we see how Padgett sets out to “create the next prom king” in Tanner, the “unpopular classmate” as Netflix description for the film puts it, who’s into photography and horseback riding as a part of a bet with her friends. It’s safe to say the bet comes out of spite after she breaks up with a guy named Jordan, played by Girl Meets World’s Peyton Meyer, who also goes to the same school and appears to be a pop star on the side.

The trailer also gives us our first look at Rachael Leigh Cook, who took on the titular role of Laney Boggs in the 1999 film, as Padgett’s mom, Anna Sawyer. And it’s not the only nod to She’s All That. The trailer also features a remixed version of Sixpence None the Richer “Kiss Me (aka the iconic soundtrack from the original, which has since become a rom-com staple).

Twitter already has its thoughts, but you can watch the trailer below:
