Instagram is the official sponsor of the Met Gala and The Costume Institute’s Two-Part Exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, so the company went all out for this year’s ball. The social platform’s table at the gala was stacked with so many beloved celebs, and they all took a cute “class photo” together to celebrate the occasion. All we can say is we wish we went to school with these humans.
The full table roster inside the gala included Megan Thee Stallion (wearing Coach), Saweetie (Christian Cowan), Brooklyn Beckham and Nicole Anne Peltz (Valentino), Kid Cudi (Valentino), Lil Baby (Coach), Simu Liu (FENDI Mens), Evan Mock (Thom Browne), Natalia Bryant (Connor Ives), DNice (Rick Owens), Paloma Elsesser (Zac Posen), Jordan Alexander (Christopher John Rogers), Precious Lee (Area), Stuart Vevers (Coach), Christopher John Rogers (Christopher John Rogers), Kerby Jean-Raymond (Pyer Moss), Instagram’s head Adam Mosseri (Bode) and Monica Mosseri (Kamperett), IG’s head of fashion partnerships Eva Chen (Christopher John Rogers ), and IG’s head of global partnerships Charles Porch (Tom Ford).
That wasn’t the only fun moment Instagram brought to the gala — the company also brought in their first-ever Meme Correspondent on the Met Gala red carpet, Saint Hoax. And IG’s behind the scenes footage included a sneak peek of Billie Eilish’s nails, plus Evan Mock detailing his skincare routine.
Now, back to imagining the conversations this table must have had…
